To whom it may concern:

It is my pleasure to write about my professional experience with Mr. Tony Archuleta. I was a Senior Manager with The Hertz Corporation for over 22 years. It was during my assignment at John Wayne Airport that Tony and I began working together. Tony and I worked together as Managers with him reporting to me as his supervisor. I had many experiences mentoring new managers with the company, over the years if I had one person that I would say was the best it would be Tony. Tony's many attributes include: control under extreme pressure, inventive and swift problem resolution, employee and peer respect, professionalism, patience and ethics. If there was a task assigned to Tony it was done quickly and done well. When there were times of pressure and turmoil that would shatter most people's self control Tony would be the guy who while still taking it all seriously could make you laugh. Tony is a natural teacher with a patient and kind demeanor.

If ever presented with the opportunity to work with Tony or hire him in the future I would do so without hesitation.
